What we do
Social Talent is the world’s most popular recruitment training company, having certified over 15,000 recruiters in more than 1,000 companies across 90 countries, with customers such as Oracle, Microsoft, GE, Manpower Group, Hertz, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, CERN, IBM, Dropbox and hundreds more. Our training certification, the Black Belt in Internet Recruitment, is now one of the most in-demand qualifications for recruiters who want to utilise the wealth of online information available to find the best candidates for their jobs.
This is largely delivered online, with our dedicated online training platform. We also deliver this training and consultancy in-house.
What kind of roles do people do at Social Talent?
The crux of any business, our Sales Team are complete rockstars. As a business that started in December 2010, we have confidently doubled our revenue every single year. Our sales team has grown into a division in its own right, and are increasing in head-count all the time. From Enterprise Account Management, to Sales Executives, our team have a varied range of experience from radio advertising to recruitment and even B2B insurance. Hey, it works!
We believe in relationship building and providing great content that recruiters find useful, entertaining and where they will learn great tips and tricks to improve their productivity. Our marketing team’s primary aim is to attract inbound leads through content marketing. The team blog every day (sometimes multiple times a day), produce recruitment webinars and present at conferences and events. As we are an online business, we hire digital-focussed marketeers, with strong inbound experience.
We developed a Customer Experience Division in late 2014, and since then the team have come to the rescue of many a trainee! The Customer Experience Team cover everything from technical customer service, to sales support and product activation for our enterprise customers who could be launching to over 100 future ninjas at one time. What would we do without them!
The Product Development team are an enigma unto themselves. They are a mixed group of first rate coders and developers who are building our training platform and tools, to graphic designers, and of course, training content developers. Most of our Product Development team are based in Poland, with Walter in Cork and Johnny, our CEO, here in Dublin.
Video & Multimedia
We have a fully fledged Video Production team who produce all of our training content, graphics and webinar videos in house. This team used to be small, they live somewhere between our studio and their AfterEffects cave, but are properly intimidating when it comes to creativity! The team is four strong, all of them Video & Multimedia graduates specialising in film and post-production editing.
